Our clearing services
The Ukrainian Clearing House (UCH) carries out professional activities on the basis of the License for Clearing of Obligations issued by the NSSMC Resolution No. 34/21/1512/K01 dated 04.12.2024 and provides the following services to clearing members:
- Keeping records of rights and obligations under contracts/deeds/transactions concluded on commodity exchanges with which the UCH has concluded a clearing agreement
- Organization of settlements and/or deliveries under contracts/deeds/transactions concluded on commodity exchanges
- Accounting for Information on the Collateral Provided by the Clearing Member

- Deliverable derivative contracts
- Deeds in deliverable derivative contracts
- Commodity transactions concluded (carried out) on and outside the organized commodity market.

ISO certificates – confirmation of high standards of UCH
The main principle of the Ukrainian Clearing House LLC is to provide quality services to its partners, adhere to leading international practices and standards, and increase the efficiency of its activities.
Ukrainian Clearing House systematically works in this direction and has a number of international certificates confirming the high level of professionalism of the institution. The certification body CERTSYSTEMS confirms that the management systems of Ukrainian Clearing House LLC have been tested and meet the requirements of such international standards.
