Accreditation scheme
To look through the Regulations on Acquiring the status of a clearing participant in a clearing institution.
To enter into the Clearing Agreement with UCH LLC by signing the Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement.
Upload the signed scanned copy of the Application or its electronic document with the authorized person's QES to the commodity exchange's office.
Receive a notification of registration as a clearing participant by e-mail specified in the Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement, if the decision is approved.
Within five business days from the date of receipt of the notification of a positive decision, submit to the UCH LLC, by means of an application through the commodity exchange, the original Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement.
Procedure
The status of a clearing participant in Ukrainian Clearing House LLC can be obtained by persons who have the status of a participant in exchange trading or their clients on a commodity exchange with which UCH LLC has concluded a clearing agreement.
In order to obtain the status of a clearing member in Ukrainian Clearing House LLC, it is necessary to:
- To look through with the Regulations on Acquiring the status of a clearing participant in the Clearing Institution - Ukrainian Clearing House Limited Liability Company.
- To enter into the Clearing Agreement with UCH LLC by signing the Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement:
- for residents of Ukraine: Annex 1 to the Clearing Agreement
- for non-residents of Ukraine: Annex 2 to the Clearing Agreement
- Upload the signed scanned copy of the Application or its electronic document with the authorized person's QES to the accreditation office:
- for residents: UEEX office / UUEX office
- for non-residents: UEEX office / UUEX office
- Receive a notification of registration as a clearing participant by e-mail specified in the Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement, if the decision is approved.
- Within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the notice of the positive decision, submit to the UCH LLC, by means of an application through the commodity exchange, the original Application for Accession to the Clearing Agreement.
The person signing the Application must be verified at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC and/or the Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC. The signatory shall provide the relevant supporting documents for signing the Application, unless they have been previously provided.
